Our traditional Goose menu is now available online! Allow us to do all the preparations, pack them carefully with easy to follow instructions for you to warm up and serve. Choose from two starters.

Black soup with apples from Orelund, baked terrine of foie gras and confit of gizzard
alternatively,
Shellfish bisque with brunaise, pickled ginger apples, cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Gunnarshög
Whole roasted goose (breast and rillette) with red cabbage & Brussels sprouts from Åhus, Orelund apples and raw sugar fried potatoes
Ingrids apple cake with Tahiti vanilla sauce
