Thigh of rooster from Borgeby with pumpkin compote, charred onion gravy, roasted seeds.  Served with potato gnocchi, sage, burnt butter, parmesan cheese.

Cabbage pudding with fried cauliflower, syrup cream sauce, smashed lingon berries. Served with chive potatoes.

Fresh fish of the week with burnt soya butter, baked cabbage, roasted almonds, pickled horseradish. Served with mashed potatoes.

Grand Hotel's chefs have taken the popular concept of the "takeaway" to a whole new level. When you order this week's luxurious meal, you receive three dishes already prepared that all you need do at home before serving is to heat the food in the oven or in the microwave.
