Sten Broman's meatballs are recommended to be served with potato puree and cream sauce (sold separately), cranberry jam and burnt butter. A real classic from Grand Deli!

Ingredients:

Groundpork from Skania's farms. CREAM, water, breadcrumbs (WHEAT, yeast, water), fresh onions, salt, freshly milled white pepper. 

Small container:

Cucumber, water, sugar, vinegar, cloves

Potato puree:

Potatoes, cream (LAKTOSE), butter (LAKTOSE), milk (LAKTOSE), shallots, salt, pepper

Cranberry jam:

Cranberries, water, castor sugar, jam sugar

Warm up in a convection oven at 150C for 15-20 minutes, or in a pan with butter or in the microwave on high heat for 5-6 minutes.
